A little gem for sightseeing

The hotel's location is phenomenal, just a quick stroll from iconic landmarks. Free coffee and tea in the sunny backyard added a touch of relaxation to our busy days. The staff were always willing to assist us, making our experience delightful.

The room felt slightly cramped and the furniture was showing its age. Some cleanliness aspects could have been improved, which detracted from the overall comfort of our stay.

We appreciated the friendly staff and enjoyed the tranquil garden area for our coffee. A superb location near attractions but away from the crowds made our stay enjoyable.

The room could use better soundproofing from the street noise.

Noise from the street can be disruptive, especially from the nearby mosque!!! Small bathroom sizes create discomfort for larger guests!!! Staff response to complaints needs improvement!!!
